How are prints packaged?

I'll send your print rolled in acid free tissue paper in a postal tube.

How are orders shipped?

UK orders will be sent by Evri Standard and International orders will be sent by Evri International.

How much does shipping cost?

• UK - £3

• Europe - £9

• Outside of Europe - £16

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I will always aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days.

UK orders should arrive within 7 business days after they've been dispatched

International parcel delivery times will vary depending on location. A rough estimate is leave up to 14 working days for your parcel to arrive after dispatch (although I hope they will reach you sooner!)

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, I'll send you a tracking link.

Are there any additional charges for international orders?

I am sending orders from the UK so extra charges may be applied at customs. As the seller I cannot take responsibility for any additional costs or delays incurred due to customs. You are responsible for paying any required customs charges and taxes before the item can be collected.

Are your prints sold with frames?

No, all prints are sold unframed.

What paper are the prints printed on?

The paper I use varies in colour and texture and thickness. Please check the description of the product carefully before buying.

Are there any special care instructions for prints?

• When you receive your print, gently open the tube , remove the print and allow it to uncurl/unroll. Place it on clean, flat surface and weigh down the edges (with something clean!), allowing the paper to settle before framing.

• Do not hang or display prints in direct sunlight. The paints and inks I use will fade in bright light.

• If hanging in a moist or damp environment (like a kitchen or bathroom) make sure your print is properly framed behind sealed glass to prevent moisture damage.

What can I do if my order has arrived damaged?

Please contact me within a week of receiving your order with pictures of the damage and keep hold of your original packaging.

If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within a week of it's arrival and keep hold of your original packaging.

Do you take commissions?

At the moment I am not accepting commissions. If this changes I will add it to my site as an option. Thanks for your interest though! :)
